Responsibilities: As a Content Manager, you will be involved in the following tasks: Content management: you will assist clients in making content changes and keeping their knowledge base up-to-date. Data analysis: you will actively research ways to improve the clients knowledge using the analytics available from Airport AIs platform. Account development: you will keep clients informed of the content changes made in the platform, and request information from them when needed. Requirements: You have an entrepreneurial mindset and hold relevant content management or account management experience from previous positions. You are a hardworking and very structured person. Good Excel skills, together with written and oral fluency in English, are required. Knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish and a general affinity for languages is preferred.
